Heart Space #62: Fiery
Just recently, I spoke about flaring up. I mentioned that it was really subjective and if you put things in some other perspective, things do not look that bad. The key message then was, why flare up that instant? I cited the example of a car accident. Imagine if you had someone bump into your car from the rear. Despite the driver being apologetic, you will still be fuming mad because of all the hassle that you will be put through. However, was it intentional; did he want it in the first place? Of course some people took to the extreme and resort to violence. Ultimately, it doesn't affect the situation that had already happened.
Sometimes, we need to take a step out and look back, was things happening the way we "saw" it? Or was it that we choose to believe that it happened? Most importantly, is it still important after an hour, a day or if the person dear to you are not here anymore... will you regret that?

Heart Space #61: Give Thanks & Pray
Thank you for allowing to persue my dreams
and making it possible by taking care of the necessary.
Thank you for giving me a wonderful home,
one that I yearn to return even when I am miles away from home
Thank you for giving me a beautiful daughter,
who constantly reminds us the values of love and laughter
Thank you for being such a good wife;
bear with me and my crazy life.
Thank you mostly for your love to me
for without it, I will not be where I'll be.
Love,
Edwin
