Heart Space #6 : Charity Event of the Year
Preparations for this event has finally kicked off, well, at least for me. My good friend, Felicia has already done an excellent job; making contacts, gathered the necessary parties, arranged for a meeting.
Our little AGM last Saturday, we managed to discuss the outline, set out action items, and now the hunt for volunteers begin. I roped in a few of my colleagues (my direct team members not exactly supporting me for this... :() We have a target of 10-15 volunteers... Current count : 2
We will be having a train-the-trainers session prior to the event, so that we are in good shape to coach the kids. (Date to be advised)
